So didn’t get a chance to post yesterdays workout so here it is: Did 2.25 miles on elliptical and burned 190 cal. Finished up with abs and a few kettlebell exercises. Both yesterday and today were tough to stay motivated. I feel a little disappointed, that I could have done more. Just glad I didn’t cave into the snooze!
Tomorrow is another day though.
It’s easy to let things get in the way of training. Snoozing is certainly one of those things, but there are endless everyday activities that we can fill our lives with.

- Diarise training
- Incentivise training
And that’s a good start!
